SGH’s outpatient pharmacy is ght’s first project that uses an automated Drug Dispensing System (DDS) to automatically pick, pack, and label prescriptions.
NUH’s automated dispensing systems streamline outpatient prescriptions, reducing manual handling and letting pharmacists focus more on patient counselling and medication safety.

SKH’s outpatient pharmacy consist of automations capable at dispensing bottle, strips and loose pill medication consolidated using our very own DPAS machine. They own a one of a kind backend pharmacy ensuring patient’s waiting time is reduced.
With the use of data and dedicated studies, NTFGH is able to push the boundaries, maximising drugs dispensing volume while maintaining patient’s safety as their top priority. Visit NTFGH outpatient pharmacy to see it for yourself!
KKH’s outpatient pharmacy is the only public hospital in Singapore that operates and uses automation (24hours) to support specialised paediatric and women’s prescriptions.
WH is the very first hospital to be onboarded to ght’s very own national system - Middleware Adaptor Platform (MAP). Machine automations are now user configurable and integrated with NHIPS.
Serving a resident population of around 180,000 residents, automated systems have significantly help manage heavy outpatient traffic by speeding up dispensing and reducing manual errors.
Behind the scenes, automation handles medicine sorting and packing so pharmacists can focus on patient care.
Yishun polyclinic serves one of the largest community in Singapore of up to 228,730 residences. Working closely as a team, the pharmacy generates one of the largest throughput across all polyclinics in Singapore with DDS – an average of 16,000 line item per month!
Being the first polyclinic built inside an integrated sports and community club, it allows patients with an unique experience, and not be reminded of being sick/ unwell.
The use of automated dispensing systems help speed up prescription preparation while maintaining high safety standards.
